With a crippling knack for perfectionism and a keen eye for design, I accidentally fell into the wedding industry and intentionally fell in love. I’ve dedicated my life since 2019 pouring my heart into every wedding I’m a part of and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Every wedding weekend is a special opportunity for me to express myself in the most authentic, fun, and creative way, while also eliciting the immense joy that comes from bringing two loving souls, their family, and their friends together.
I feel so grateful to wake up everyday and connect with real people, hear the wildest, most inspiring love stories, and bring to life those happily ever after moments. Teaming up with the crème de la crème production and vendor teams to design and execute unforgettable experiences for my clients are moments I cannot imagine my life without.
When I’m not wedding-ing, I am likely still working, running with my dog Camper and away from intoxicated groomsmen, soaking in the bath with my newest candle obsession and a self-help book, or rendezvousing with my best gals over a bottle of anything and a yummy app. I’ve poured my heart + soul into Katie McIntire XO and I plan on giving you the very best experience. I can’t wait to start dreaming together!! XO
