This is it—the moment you’ve been waiting for! Our team will be there every step of the way, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is executed seamlessly. From the very first detail to the last dance, we’ll handle all the logistics so you can focus on celebrating your love and your guests can relish in the perfect atmosphere. No stress, no worries… just your dream wedding come true!
FULL SCALE PLANNING + DESIGN
WEDDING DAY | VENDOR CONNECTION
Top-to-bottom planning – This package covers it all! From the nitty-gritty planning details all the way up until the big day, we’re there for it all. We typically engage in 6-7 in-person meetings on average for Full Scale Planning and this does not limit you to emails, texts, or calls! We handle all vendor communication up until the end of the night on your wedding day.
THE NIGHT BEFORE
REHEARSAL DINNER | POST TOAST
Offering you an opportunity to truly have everything planned + taken care of for the entirety of the weekend, we bring you The Night Before package. This provides you with step-by-step planning + execution of your rehearsal dinner and/or post-toast. We treat this evening as an extension of the wedding day – Elevated + Intimate.
THE FULL XO EXPERIENCE
FOR HER | THE NIGHT BEFORE | THE MAIN EVENT
Celebrate the bride the day before with a bridal luncheon for the girls, including full design, setup, and execution of this sweet soirée. Then, prep your guests for the best day with an incredible Rehearsal Dinner + Welcome Party, with full design, setup, and execution. Finally, the main event—wedding day! We wrap up the weekend in a pretty bow with a perfect ceremony, killer cocktail hour, and breathtaking reception/after party.
ASSOCIATE PLANNER EXPERIENCE
EVENT DESIGN | VENDOR ARRANGEMENTS
Our Associate Planner Experience is the ultimate way to get the best of both worlds.
You’re able to work with the XO Team and receive the same luxury experience, but at a fraction of the cost! You will be assigned to an associate planner that will work alongside Katie for the duration of your planning season. Your associate planner will be in attendance at every vendor appointment and Katie will help put the finishing touches on your client profile before your XO Associate + team execute the big day.
